They arrived in our lives Christmas 1999, a gift from my daughter and son-in-law. It's hard to believe that she was ever as tiny as she was in the basket. She weighed 21 pounds on Aug. 23 when she spent two nights in the animal hospital. Fast growing cancer that went undiagnosed until she lost the ability to breathe on Sept 3rd.
I adore your tribute to your sweet girl MizRiley. What a sweet face. Wow, she's a beauty. Thank you for writing this. I know it was hard.
ReplyDeleteMega MEGA love and hugs!!!!!!!
We love them so much and their lives are so much shorter than ours, always heartbreaking when we lose them.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you.
Oh Gail- I am so sorry for your loss. Our pets mean so much to us, we open our hearts because we must, and they enrich our lives beyond measure. She will be missed.

They are adorable thanks so much for posting this I know this has been hard for you and Stacy. I hope in time the pain lessens. They are family members and those w/o animals have a hard time understanding.
ReplyDeleteLove you and I do understand!
