Wonderfulicious Wednesday, a day late

Dyed or painted? That's the burning question regarding this 
piece of fabric. I don't remember.

for the fountain in the backyard.

    Beautiful cacti. I have a very small cactus flowering in my conservatory, pretty but not a patch on your beauty.
